The Zomax ZMDP552 58V Long-Reach Hedge Trimmer is a cordless pole trimmer designed for maintaining tall, wide and difficult-to-reach hedges without the inconvenience of power cables or a petrol engine. Its extended shaft and articulating cutting head allow both the sides and tops of high hedges to be trimmed while the operator remains safely on the ground.
A 520 mm laser-cut, dual-action blade provides a wide cutting area and is designed for fast, clean trimming. The cutter head can be adjusted through five positions from -30° to 90°, making it easier to work horizontally across hedge tops or vertically along the sides. A 24 mm tooth gap allows the machine to handle thicker established growth, with a recommended maximum cutting thickness of approximately 22 mm.
The detachable shaft simplifies transport and storage, while the EVA auxiliary grip, soft rear handle and shoulder-strap mounting point help improve control during longer jobs. The ZMDP552 forms part of the Zomax 58V lithium-ion platform and can be used with compatible 2.0Ah or 4.0Ah battery packs. This listing is for the tool only, so the battery and charger are supplied separately.
