• Connect the main unit and footpad well.
• Please take off your socks before use and put your 2 foot on the footpad. (If you put only one foot, it will not work normally and the host will automatically shut down within a few seconds)
• Push the "+" key to select the appropriate intensity. (Recommendation: choose 1 intensity for the first use, adjust according to the degree of adaptation later)
• Push the mode switch key (M) to select the mode you want.
• When you are not using it, take your feet away and it will automatically turn off after 5-10 seconds.
