Love these things so much! We use them for potstickers/ dumplings, empanadas and fried pies! My kids love using them. I like it because you wind up with a perfectly made product with just the right amount of dough and filling. Plus they’re dishwasher safe!

Thanks for this. It made my pasty making faster and easier. I used to use my knuckle when folding and pressing on the edge together to close it. It would take me between a minute or two to get done closing with one. But this kitchen tool made closing the pasty edge easier and done in less than 15seconds.

I decided to try the press with yeast bread dough and meat fillings. They worked great! Again, a bit of a learning curve to determine how much filling to use, but after that, it went very smoothly. One recipe of dough made 6 sloppy joe hand sandwiches and 8 pizza sandwiches. Before this success, I had resolved that these were going to work or they were going in the trash. Definitely keeping!!

The blue in the bunch is great for Goya Empanadas discs. I sealed it without anything inside to try it out. It worked pretty well and will get the job done. Two recommendations, use flour when pressing the empanadas and press hard to seal it tight.

They worked well but I wish they were a little bigger oh, I suppose you can use two of them to create a full ravioli, but these make dumpling Style.
