Good quality, as described, works well for various stretches

I love this! Much better than the basic non-looped straps that you have to hold with both arms when doing leg stretches. I have a shoulder injury that makes things a bit tricky, not to mention it's easier on your grip. I like to hold my leg stretches for a long time as I have very tight hamstrings/calves, so this is perfect. It seems great quality for the price, I am impressed.

It does the thing, it helps you stretch. For the price it beats the heck out of trying to sew two dog leashes together. Solid construction, quality feel, works for people over 6 ft tall, if its length is a concern to you. Only complaint is that it attracts quite a bit of cat hair, (which is more my fault for having a fluffy cat).

I absolutely love this strap! I have a traditional yoga strap and it’s just not comfortable to wrap the ends around my hands. This strap is very thick and sturdy, and it’s so easy to loop my hands or feet. Plus, it’s easier to hold on to than a traditional strap. A real plus to my yoga practice.

Great for use after knee replacement surgery. I use it for getting in and out of my car. Also getting in and out of bed and rolling over in bed. Using it to exercise is great too.

This makes stretching much easier. I am able to preform certain stretching moves I was to stiff to do without assistance. It is basically a nylon strap that incorporates loops used for foot and hand holds. As you loosen up you can reach for a new loop to help intensify the stretch. It works for me and therefore I recommend it.

The cotton webbing is thick and wide enough. The quality is way above a couple of other cotton webbing straps I bought. The length is long enough for most. The chains are strong and secure. It costs more but worth the money.

I got this to aid in my stretches for Physical Therapy. I LOVE the loops. My old yoga strap only had the ability to make one loop and it was difficult at times. This works great to get in a good stretch with minimal effort.

This is exactly what I needed. I've never liked the old school yoga straps. When my muscles cramp up, arthritis flares, and I need to stretch, or even on a good yoga day; the old school straps are very hard on my hands and difficult to hold or pull body parts in to certain positions. This strap is awesome. It really takes the pressure off my joints and muscles, allowing me to get the stretches in that I need to maintain my mobility.

This stretch strap is of a good quality. I love having the ability to use the multiple loops. Having the multiple hoops helps you move in and out of poses quickly without have to readjust a belt. Because I'm a larger woman I need this strap to help me get stronger in my poses. I would recommend it for a beginner yogi. I'm able to use it on the days when I don't go to practice to keep my hips flexible. Sometimes I take it to practice to help me in my hot vinyasa class. I washed the strap after a hot yoga session and it came out fine after taking a tumble in my washing machine and dryer.
